Ei Dynamics Releases

that we have officially released
version
5.0 of Ei
Dynamics.
The new release incorporates exciting new features
and dozens of bug fixes but most importantly this
release breaks new ground with the addition of a new Web
Workflow interface.
Web Workflow
A web based interface accessible from any web browser,
smart phone or internet device. Quickly and easily web
enable any existing Ei Dynamics job. Build robust web
forms to process reports, collect and receive data or
approve documents in minutes. Even brand the look and
feel of forms to match a company's existing web site
design.
The new web interface will be included as part of our
Dynamic BPM Enterprise solution and any existing
customers who own Dynamics BPM will automatically
receive the new functionality at no additional cost.
With the addition of this new solution we now have the
ability to develop complete workflow solutions
automating the entire business cycle. The ability to
approve documents directly from emails, allowing the
remote submission of data, or to kick off any process
remotely opens up endless opportunities to automate,
reduce costs and save time and money.
Here are some additional practical examples of how this
new technology might be used...
* Allow customers and vendors access to real time
account information and generate reports via any web
device
* Employees can run key reports remotely and securely
via any web device
* Input mechanism for Vendors/Suppliers to provide
updated insurance information
* Solicit price quotes from suppliers
* Input mechanism for Employee’s to submit expense
reimbursements
* Approve vacation requests, time sheets, expenses
* Approve new projects, customers, vendors, invoices,
contracts, requisitions, purchase orders, etc.
* Kick off IT batch processes
* Remotely initialize workflow or other processes
* Remotely generate and send reports to distribution
lists

Updated user interface for designing jobs and business
logic.
* Ability to resize most design windows now for easier
editing when large queries or text is required.
* Ability to design and edit multiple jobs at the same
time
* Added spell check to HTML editors.
* Added the ability to test SMTP settings directly from
the system configuration setup form.
